Personal, professional DNA paternity testing in Kansas City

FAQ's

Do the alleged father and child have to be swabbed at the same time?

  • No, they do not.  Swabs are viable for 6 months, so, if necessary, the alleged father and child can be swabbed on different dates.

Do you take walk-in appointments?

  • Because I do mobile collections which take me out of the office, appointments are STRONGLY recommended to guarantee I’ll be there to perform your DNA test.

Does food, drinks, gum, tobacco, or breastmilk interfere with the swabbing process?

  • No, the process for testing DNA is sophisticated enough to extract the cells from the swabs even if the client has recently had something to eat or drink.

How soon will the results of a DNA paternity test be available?

  • Results for a DNA paternity test of a child and alleged father will be available in 3-4 business days.
